In order to be eligible for a return, your item(s)/order must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
To help expedite the return or exchange process, please include the following in your return package:
- Order number
- Refund or exchange
- Items being returned
- New size requested (if applicable)

If the size you ordered does not fit, we are more than happy to have you exchange it for another size. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item as shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event you’d like us to process a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We take pride in the excellence of our quality control. In the rare instance that you do receive a faulty item, we will be more than happy to replace it. To expedite the process please email us at email@example.com and include an image of the defect.

You are responsible for the shipping of your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment minus the cost of the return shipping label.
